Bringing Organizational Structure Back to Nature.

After receiving my Bachelors degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan, I’ve spent my career building systems that drive clarity, accountability, and transparency. Through the years, one clear pattern has emerged—no amount of systemization can make up for misaligned relationships.

This insight inspired me to create Wild Order with the goal of strengthening team cohesion—unlocking greater performance—and to help others navigate the same questions that have shaped my own journey:

  • What type of leader do I want to be?

  • How can I work best with my team?

  • What conditions do I best thrive in?

I’ve spent the last five years studying Human Design, coaching colleagues and friends based on its teachings, and integrating its wisdom into my life. I am a certified Human Design reader (Erin Clare Jones) and have trained in the study of Regenerative Leadership, a progressive approach to leadership that teaches us to look to the wisdom of nature in our organizational strategy.

Some leaders focus on results. Others focus on people. I focus on both.

At every step of my 11+ year career in healthtech startups, I’ve thrived in highly complex, ambiguous, and urgent environments. I’ve done so by embracing the chaos, championing authenticity, and encouraging courageous dialogue to ensure that organizations don’t just survive rapid change—they grow stronger because of it.

Since very early on in my career, I’ve had the privilege of being invited into leadership because of my ability to see the path forward, communicate it clearly, and guide teams with humility.

But my superpower—the key to my success in objectively harsh ecosystems—has always been building strong relationships. I sense what people are feeling, hear what isn’t being said, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and create spaces where people feel safe to fully be themselves.
